Story of “Nut-thing”

No added artificial colors or preservatives – “Nut-thing”

I run a French patisserie salon in Hiroo in Tokyo and introduce authentic French recipes. For the past years, my lovely clients, who are typically health/beauty conscious, and my friends have asked me to create some sweets that could enhance their beauty and health for themselves and their family. Then I tried out many different foods and ingredients that are beneficial for beauty and health from all over the world to create something that makes my clients really happy. The long process of my attempt led me to sweets with nuts, ultimately walnuts, the type that’s the highest in nutrition among nuts. Then I developed sweets with selected organic walnuts from California, where deep fertile soil and a warm climate provide ideal growing conditions, and other natural ingredients from Japan, which were carefully selected. Combining the concept without using chemicals and organic nuts, I named it “Nut-thing”. I hope “Nut-thing” will become a part of your healthy life and make you happy.
